Milk Dessert Bar has been serving Memphis and all of its surrounding areas delicious, made from scratch baked goods for the past four years. We're finally ready to share some of these popular items with people around the country and are excited to offer nationwide shipping! As we are brand new to this, we ask for your patience as we work out the kinks and growing pains we may experience while expanding our business.

My order arrived warm. What should I do?
Don't panic! Just store it in the fridge as is - do not unwrap! - for 20-30 minutes, and you should be good to go!

Where do you ship your products?
Right now, we’re shipping orders daily to the lower 48 states only.
To ensure your order arrive in the best condition, we require that orders with products shipping temperature-controlled like our Edible Cookie Dough ship via next-day delivery. Don’t worry, we’re working hard behind the scenes to make sure you get the best rate possible when you check-out depending on your order and final delivery location.

When do you ship your products?
At Milk Dessert Bar, everything is made fresh from scratch using the finest ingredients. Since we make to order, we may not be able to ship same day. Most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST can arrive within 2 business days if preferred. You are able to select your delivery date within a 60 day window. We ship items Monday - Thursday.

Where do you ship your products from?
Everything is shipped directly from our shop located in Memphis, Tennessee!
How do I place an order for online shipping?
We only accept nationwide shipping orders through our website – for yourself or for someone else as a gift! You can view all products available for nationwide shipping HERE.
I need my order delivered on a specific day; how do I ensure that?
Most nationwide orders are shipped Monday – Thursday. We recommend that for all nationwide orders, that you select a delivery day that is 3-4 days ahead of your desired date for an on-time arrival. Because we’re shipping perishable products and we want you to have the freshest experience, we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday
Can I make changes to my online order before it ships?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to adjust the order and any shipping details. Simply reply to your order confirmation e-mail from our online store or contact us at madison@milkdessertbat.com. and let us know what’s going on. If you need to reach us before you’ve placed an order, contact us at madison@milkdessertbar.com.
Can I make changes to my online order after it ships?
As a policy, all our perishable desserts that ship nationwide are final sale and once they have been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order. Any changes or cancellations to a nationwide shipping order must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date. In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact madison@milkdessertbat.com. A member of our team will be in touch as soon as possible. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information when your order has shipped from our facility. Please ensure that your e-mail and contact information are correct at checkout to avoid any delay or disruption in your order communications. How can I track my online order?
You will receive a tracking information e-mail once your order has shipped and left our facility. Please ensure that your e-mail and contact information were correct at checkout to avoid any delay or disruption in your tracking information communications. Can I cancel my online order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 30 minutes of receiving your order confirmation. You can reply directly to your confirmation email, or email us at madison@milkdessertbar.com. Any changes or cancellations after 30 minutes for a nationwide shipping order must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date. My online order is delayed, now what?
Milk Dessert Bar is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility and are with the carrier en route to final destinations. We cannot anticipate or control carrier disruptions like inclement weather or package handling. In the instance that you experience an issue with your order, please contact madison@milkdessertbar.com. and we will be happy to assist you the best we can. Each issue is handled on a case-by-case basis.

Can I include a gift note/message with my online order?
Yes! Any unique gift note or message can be applied to your order in the cart, before checkout online.

Do you offer returns, refunds or exchanges for online orders?
As a policy, all our perishable treats that ship nationwide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any order that is shipped nationwide. Any changes or cancellations to a nationwide shipping order must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date.

Milk Dessert Bar does not offer refunds for delays caused by our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons.

Our policy is to have any request for a return, refund or exchange submitted within five (5) days of original purchase date and an original proof of purchase will be required for any resolution.
